Amazing Food and Wine Pairing event!
There
will be 3 separate tastings of High-end kosher wines, that have been
paired up by Costas Mouzouras with the most outstanding dishes prepared
exclusively for KWS by Jeff Nathan the chef and owner of Abigaels
Restaurant.
Each Wine will be matched to
perfection with the delicious sampling courses of Herb Crusted Sea Bass
with Hearts of Palm and Avocado followed by the delicious Chicken
Rouladen with sourdough bread stuffing sausage & vegetables and the
most outstanding Smoked Short Ribs with the Signature Brisket Eggroll.
Make sure you leave room for dessert since the Molten Chocolate Cake
with fresh berry compote is not to be missed.
Although
the menu is no surprise the wines sure will be, so be prepared to taste
some of the best kosher wines on the market today.
This
special event, priced at $125 per KWS member (Including Tax and Tip)and
$140 per non member (Including Tax and Tip), will be held in one of the
private party rooms at Abigael�s. So seating is strictly limited to
just 25 guests. You must secure your reservation well in advance since
this event is sure to sell out (if you cancel, a refund will be given
only if we can re-book your space).
