Inaugural Event Scheduled for March 15, 2010

The Kosher Wine Society is branching out and bearing fruit! The new Los Angeles Chapter of the Kosher Wine Society, to be headed by Arnold Bryman, will hold its inaugural tasting event on March 15, 2010 at the Shaarey Zedek Synagogue in Valley Village California.

The wine tasting will feature wines from Hagafen Cellars, which produces premium varietals in small quantities according to the time-tested “Old Napa” style and knowledge of age-old customs for crafting wine. Ernie Weir, winemaker of Hagafen, will be at the event. Hagafen produces wines with superb depth of character while employing the methods that adhere to Jewish dietary laws.
