"I knew a lot about non-kosher wines but very little about high quality kosher wines before the society was formed. The KWS has exposed me to many very fine kosher wines, mostly Israeli, which compare favorably to high-end American and French wines. There is a vast new world of great wines out there that just happen to be Kosher. Tasting a winery\'s range of production has been one of the fun ways of learning and refining my own palette have enjoyed the events and the excellent speakers and representatives of the wineries.
